Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
