Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, operate the cash register, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, perform inventory counts, and ensure accurate inventory levels.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, standing for extended periods, and following instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
