As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI values in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Keep track of inventory and report issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to give prompt and courteous service
• Efficient cash handling and operation of equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
