Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for a range of duties including cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and maintain accuracy in stock.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.
  • Follow company procedures and policies to uphold data security and confidentiality.
  • Complete any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Skilled in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
