Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for a range of duties including cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and maintain accuracy in stock.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.
- Follow company procedures and policies to uphold data security and confidentiality.
- Complete any other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Skilled in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
