Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the required competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Communicate inventory issues and feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
