Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's optimal look and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
