Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and our shelves are fully stocked. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses, and follow company procedures diligently.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
• Execute other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment such as hand jacks, scrubbers, and balers.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is desirable.
