Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining product displays, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service. Your contribution will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment
  • Assist customers with shopping needs and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and participate in inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
