Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will be involved in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Assist customers during their shopping journey and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
