Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience.
