Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, assist in inventory counts, and uphold cash policies.
  • Follow company policies, maintain document security, and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register accurately, handle equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team, and meet requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
