Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborating with the ALDI team and engaging with customers will be vital to creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of handling and lifting merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
