Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
