Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties and stock shelves with precision
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and multitask efficiently
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
