Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping journey
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
- Assist in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Experience in retail and operating cash registers
- Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
