Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping journey
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
  • Assist in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Experience in retail and operating cash registers
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
