Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register.
  • Safe operation of store equipment.
  • Interpretation and application of company policies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
