Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Take inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products and issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
