Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies.
  • Operate cash register and other equipment proficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
