Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory levels, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
