Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service and assist with shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to operate a cash register.
  • Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
