Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
