Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide excellent service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Report feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of data.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills and cash handling proficiency.
- Operational knowledge of equipment like electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
