Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Share feedback with management on product quality, inventory accuracy, and other issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
