Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and keeping inventory organized. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
