We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping area.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
