Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our retail store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling cashiering duties, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks following company standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is beneficial.
