Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is considered.
