Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, and ensuring the store's overall appearance meets our high standards.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Take inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security
- Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in using a cash register and store equipment
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
