Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
