Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store organized.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, scanning errors, and product feedback.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
