Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhering to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
