Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and helping to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Your contributions will significantly enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
  • Safely operate equipment like an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
