Position: Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and scanning errors.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands:

• Stock merchandise and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving.
• Perform various physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
