Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. Your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
- Perform assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capability to uphold company cleanliness standards and policies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience beneficial
