Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
