Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and within a team environment.
