Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our store is well-organized, our customers receive exceptional service, and our products are well-merchandised. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, product stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning tasks, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory issues, and any concerns to management.
  • Participate in inventory management procedures and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
