Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an outstanding shopping experience for customers. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation starting at $17.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with the team.
- Report product feedback and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
