Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
