Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining store appearance by stocking products and keeping the store clean. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
