Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operation, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience
• Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and process improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Age Requirement: 18 years or older
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask efficiently
• Familiarity with state and local regulations on alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
