Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, cashiering, merchandise stocking, and store maintenance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
