Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, cashiering, and providing top-notch customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain product displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
