Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and report issues
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
