Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
