Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
