Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, merchandising, and stocking product.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Experience in operating a cash register and relevant equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
