Customer Service and Stock Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and assist with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
