As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
  • Capable of operating equipment and following company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
