Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
